ahhhh im scared!!!! we leave next week for the outer banks and also rented from surf or sound.....im praying everything goes well although i havent read good things ( that was after i booked our house of course).

If this helps, we have rented from this company 3 times without an issue. But to be sure, check it over before you unpack. Take pictures of anything you think is broken, really dirty, and make notes of anything needed repair. Call them immediately. Other than that, try to relax and look forward to your stay.
