White water rafting centre

I will be in Charlotte in the summer and hope to go white water rafting on 30th June or 1st July..would it be better to go for a full day or just do the white water rafting seeing as we%26#39;re only there for a short time?

Also, it will probably be just the 2 of us or maybe 3...do they have a min limit on group numbers or will they put us into a group with others?

ALso, is the One Tree Hill set worth a visit?

I can%26#39;t advise on the One Tree Hill set, but I have visited the White Water Rafting center. I think it will all depend on the crowds, but I arranged a bachelor party there last May on a Saturday afternoon and they split us up three men and a guide to a raft. We could have done all six plus a guide, but they stated three to a raft would be more intense and we would be more likely to be thrown into the water. Being six guys in the late 20%26#39;s/early 30%26#39;s range we wanted the adventure. A rafting trip runs two hours and was the perfect amount of time. We were all sore the following day, but had a blast. We had lunch on site and it was very good and featured a view of the best rapids. I would suggest a half day here will be plenty.

I booked in advance, but we could have easily walked right in that day. I don%26#39;t know how it is normally. Maybe you could call and get an idea how many are currently booked for that day to get an idea?

Isnt the One Tree Hill set in Wilmington...five hours from Charlotte?
