nags head vs kill devil hills

Hi everyone. This will be our first visit to the Outer Banks. I know it is late - but thankfully, I can get a condo in Kill Devil Hills at the Breakers or a condo in Nags Head at either Dune Lantern or Admirals View. The Breakers and Dune Lantern would be third floor and Admirals View would be first floor. Is anyone familiar with these condos? Could you give me your opinion on which would be the better one to stay at with two teens?

Avoid the 1st floor, you will likely have a dune that prevents you seeing the ocean.

I think you will like Dune Lantern more than Breakers but it%26#39;s close. There is not much difference between Nags Head and KDH so go with one you like the best.

My husband actually likes the Dune Lantern better. But it doesn%26#39;t have a pool. Do you think a pool is a necessity?
