I am sure there are more reader of this little forum than posters . In saying that if you are in the Salisbury area you must try Mambo Grill its a authentic Cuban restaurant in the strip mall between Lowes and Food Lion. At this point they are ranked number 1 in the area and rightly so! The food has fantastic flavor ( not hot like some people think) huge portions and the service well... all I can say is try it and you will see .

The prices are very good for the amount of food check out the website wwwmambogrillcubancuisine .com I posted a review that hardly compares the taste and service . A Family owned and operated place not a chain all items are prepared as they would be prepared at home . If you have never tried Cuban food this is the place they will even explain what everything is like I said in the review a new concept ... SERVICE AND GREAT FOOD Thumbs UP MAMBO GRILL!

Thanks for posting about Mambo Grill. Upon your recommendation, my husband and I drove 30 minutes to try Mambo Grill. Everything you said is true and I am so glad you were right! We had leftovers for lunch the next day and it was still great.
